Alta Pediatrics was opening up a brand new location in Scotch Plains in October of 2021. They did not have a website, online listings, or any web presence at all. Patients were finding the practice via word-of-mouth through parent Facebook Groups. The practice was averaging 10 - 15 visits per week with Kimberly Hurley as the sole provider. Kimberly's goal was to increase the visibility of the practice in the local area when potential new patients were searching for an occupational therapist online.

Amplify Health developed the website, content strategy, logo design, and branding for the new pediatrics focused brand. Separate social media profiles were created for Facebook and Instagram with pediatric specific content. Separate local citations and profiles were developed for the Pediatric focused website. Once the website and local listings were established and optimized for search engines, we focused on building authority by contributing expert content to healthcare related websites.

Alta Pediatrics went from no web presence in October to averaging 20 new patient phone calls per month and added two additional part-time providers to handle the new patient volume. Google is now the primary way that new patients learn about the practice. Alta Pediatrics has realized a considerable return on investment.
